Dr. Eric Haura completed medical school at Duke University School of Medicine, completed a residency program in internal medicine at Johns Hopkins, and then returned to Duke to pursue a clinical fellowship in hematology and oncology where he was also a research fellow in genetics.  He is currently an Associate Professor of Medicine and Oncology and a member of the Thoracic Oncology Program at H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center and Research Institute.  He is Board Certified in Internal Medicine, with a subspecialty in medical oncology.  

Dr. Haura’s clinical interests include the treatment of all types of lung cancer.  His research interests include signaling pathways and novel drugs that target signaling pathways in lung cancer.
